This error means that your password change request via the app does not comply with current network password security requirements. The error message will generally include detail on which requirement is not met.
Please make sure your new password is at least 8 digits long, has at least one upper case letter, at least one number, and at least one special character (example: Test123!).
You can also call us @ 800-753-0800 to have a new secure password auto-generated by the system and emailed to you.
