How can I generate the SmartStart welcome email a second time?
The customer may not always receive the initial welcome email from SmartStart due to spam filters, installer error, etc. In these cases it is possible to generate that email again, however it is not easy. You will have to delete their username using the dashboard and start over with a brand new install. This takes time and will more than likely require the customer to power cycle their device so it is not a great alternative. In these cases only perform this process if the customer insists on seeing the original email. Otherwise, simply reset the their password. That email almost always goes through.
